and Conditions....
1. The customer is fully responsible for the
reproduction of any copying material and for making sure that such
reproduction is authorised by the copyright owner or authorised
licensees. Ordnance Survey Maps are Crown Copyright and any
reproduction of such maps (or any part thereof) is subject to royalties
payable to the Director General of the Ordnance Survey irrespective of
whether the Customer holds a license from the Ordnance Survey Office to
reproduce them by any means on the Customer's own premises.
2. B.I.D.O.S. (BRADFORD) HEREBY EXCLUDES
ALL LIABILITY IN RESPECT OF ANY INFRINGEMENT OF COPYRIGHT, MORAL RIGHTS
OR SIMILAR RIGHTS ARISING OUT OF THE UNAUTHORISED REPRODUCTION BY THE
CUSTOMER OR BY B.I.D.O.S. (BRADFORD) ON THE CUSTOMER'S BEHALF OF
COPYRIGHT MATERIALS. THE CUSTOMER SHALL KEEP B.I.D.O.S. (BRADFORD)
ITS OFFICERS AND STAFF INDEMNIFIED AGAINST ANY LIABILITY, LOSS, DAMAGES
AND EXPENSES ARISING OUT OF ANY INFRINGEMENT OF A THIRD PARTY'S RIGHT
RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORISED COPYING BY THE CUSTOMER OR BY B.I.D.O.S.
(BRADFORD) ON THE CUSTOMER'S BEHALF.
3. The customer warrants that he has sufficient
right, title and license to reproduce or authorise or permit the
reproduction of any materials which is reproduced by the customer or by
B.I.D.O.S. (Bradford) on the customer's behalf or at the customer's
request.
4. It is a condition of the provision of the
reprographic services that B.I.D.O.S. (Bradford) accepts no liability of
any sort whatsoever for damage to or loss of material submitted by the
customer for processing, copying, or printing. In addition and
except in respect of death or personal injury caused by B.I.D.O.S.
(Bradford) negligence, B.I.D.O.S. (Bradford) shall not be liable
to the customer by reason of any representation, or implied warranty,
condition or other terms, or any duty at common law, or under the
express terms of the contract for any consequential compensation
whatsoever (and whether caused by the negligence of B.I.D.O.S.
(Bradford), its employees, agents or otherwise) which arise out of or in
connection with the supply of reprographic services.
5. All prices are exclusive of V.A.T.,
which will be charged at the current rate.
